QUICK START GUIDE

SYNC DIRECTIONS

Follow the steps below to install the Digital Planner, Inserts, Stickers, Dividers and Covers on iOS*, Android, Windows and Mac.

APP INFORMATION

Our digital planners work through PDF annotation apps, as shown on the How It Works page. Some are free and some are paid. In these directions we use Xodo Online. If you want to sync your digital planner between iOS and Mac devices only, we recommend using a different app like Goodnotes, click here.

You can download the product files from your Email Receipt, Thank You Page or Your Account page. In the directions below, we use the Email Receipt Method.

In the videos, we use Windows on Xodo Online.

  1. Open the Email Receipt from Reina Design Studio on a web browser (We use Google Chrome in the video). If you can't find it, check spam or use search tool

  2. Tap the Product name to download the product file. 

  3. Note where the file was downloaded

  4. Open Xodo Online on a web browser or click here

  5. Click the Don’t have an account? Sign up here button

  6. Fill out he sign up form then click the Sign Up button

  7. Log in then click Bookshelf

  8. Click Add File

  9. Click on the digital planner file, then click Open

  10. Allow the digital planner file enough time to download (Download time depends on your internet connection).

  11. Once uploaded, double click on the planner to open it

Use an email app (preferably using the Apple Mail App) or browser. If you can't find it, check spam or use search tool

If you have not already created an account, you can do so now.

INSTALL STICKERS

  1. Open the Email Receipt from Reina Design Studio on a web browser. If you can't find it, check spam or use search tool

  2. Tap the Product name to download the product file. 

  3. Note where the file was downloaded

  4. Open the Stickers your device's Photo App to crop out a sticker you would like to use (If you don't know how to crop a photo using your device, please google it)

  5. Open Xodo Online on a web browser or click here

  6. Navigate to the planner page where you would like to add the sticker

  7. Click the 3 dot button, then click the Image button

  8. Click anywhere on the planner page

  9. Navigate to where you save the Stickers, then open it

  10. Adjust the size of the Stickers to fit the planner properly

  1. Open the Email Receipt from Reina Design Studio on a web browser. If you can't find it, check spam or use search tool

  2. Tap the Product name to download the product file. 

  3. Open Xodo Online on a web browser or click here

  4. Click a top tab to navigate to the divider page

  5. Click the 3 dot button, then click the Image button

  6. Click anywhere on the planner page

  7. Navigate to where you save the Inserts, Covers & Dividers (usually the Downloads folder)

  8. Click the file name, then click open

  9. Adjust the size of the Inserts, Covers & Dividers to fit the planner properly

ANNOTATE THE PLANNER

Now that you've installed the Digital Planner and accessories, you can now have fun and start planning and decorating. This section will help you get started using the Digital Planner, Planner Inserts, and Planner Accessories with Xodo Online.
