Your Account
Your downloads are available on the My Orders page, only if you created an account and logged in before you placed your order as stated on the Shopping Cart page. Once you are on the My Orders page, click on the appropriate order to see your downloads. * You must create an account and log in before purchasing to see your order in your account. If you did not do this, follow the steps below.
Your Email
Your downloads are also available in the Email Receipt you received after your purchase. Go to your email, click the Email Receipt. If you can‘t find it, check spam and other folders. If you're using an iOS device, follow the directions below:
* Downloads are valid for 30 days. If you cannot find them after following the directions above, and you order is more than 30 days old, that means the downloads have expired.
