Follow the steps below to install the Digital Planner, Inserts, Stickers, Dividers and Covers.

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

DOWNLOAD PDF ANNOTATION APP

Our digital planners work through PDF annotation apps, as shown on the How It Works page.

Click the button below to choose a PDF annotation app to download. Some are free and some are paid. In these directions, we use Goodnotes PDF annotation app, however, you can use any app you'd like.

Step 1

DOWNLOADING PRODUCT FILES

You can download the product files from your Email Receipt, Thank You Page or Your Account page. In the directions below, we use the Email Receipt Method.

Use an email app (preferably using the Apple Mail App) or browser. If you can't find it, check spam or use search tool

If you have not already created an account, you can do so now.

  1. Open the Email Receipt from Reina Design Studio. If you can't find it, check spam or use search tool

  2. Click the Product name to download  the product file. If your download is a Zip File, after downloading the file, it may automatically unzip. If it doesn't, double click the zip file to unzip it.

  3. Open a Finder Window and navigate to the Digital Planner file (Typically found in Downloads folder)

  4. Right Click (Control + Click) on the planner file, hover over Open With, then click Open in Goodnotes

  5. In Goodnotes, click Import as new Document

  1. Open the Email Receipt from Reina Design Studio. If you can't find it, check spam or use search tool

  2. Click the Product name to download  the product file. If your download is a Zip File, after downloading the file, it may automatically unzip. If it doesn't, double click the zip file to unzip it.

  3. In Goodnotes, open the digital planner and navigate to the page where you would like the Inserts, Stickers or Dividers

  4. Click the Image button, click on the page to bring up the popup menu

  5. On the popup menu click Insert From, then navigate to where you saved the Inserts, Stickers or Dividers

  6. Choose the Inserts, Stickers or Dividers you would like to add to the planner

  7. You may crop the Stickers as shown in the video

  8. Repeat this till all the Inserts, Stickers or Dividers are in the planner​

  1. Open the Email Receipt from Reina Design Studio. If you can't find it, check spam or use search tool

  2. Click the Product name to download  the product file. If your download is a Zip File, after downloading the file, it may automatically unzip. If it doesn't, double click the zip file to unzip it.

  3. In Goodnotes, open the digital planner and navigate to the Current Cover

  4. Open a Finder Window and navigate to the New Cover

  5. In the finder window, Right Click (Control + Click) on the New Cover file, hover over Open With, then click Open in Goodnotes

  6. 4. In Goodnotes, Click Before, then click Import to Current Document

To Erase the Old Cover (Optional):

  1. In Goodnotes, click the Pages button

  2. Click Select, then click on the Old Cover to select it

  3. Click the Trash button to delete the old cover

  4. Click Done, then Close

ANNOTATE THE PLANNER

Now that you've installed the Digital Planner and accessories, you can now have fun and start planning and decorating. The instructions in this section will help you get started using the Digital Planner, Planner Inserts, and Planner Accessories with the Goodnotes app. If using a different PDF annotation app, please refer to their support page for similar instructions. The instructions below are also available on the FAQ on the Support page.
